Chiusura ferie e comunicazioni importanti per la clientela
Gentili clienti, Pistilleria punta a offrirvi il miglior servizio possibile anche durante le ferie.
Durante il periodo estivo, garantiamo il 95% delle nostre spedizioni attraverso la nostra rete di partner logistici affidabili e rispettando tutte le date di consegna previste dal nostro piano spedizioni.
📣Vi comunichiamo che abbiamo messo in campo tutte le azioni necessarie per limitare al minimo i problemi di consegna che possono verificarsi in questo periodo di ferie. Pertanto vi invitiamo a effettuare per tempo i vostri ordini considerando che i nostri uffici, il nostro magazzino e il customer care non saranno disponibili sui canali tradizionali il 5 agosto (per festività locali) e dal 12 al 18 agosto per ferie.
Gli ordini effettuati entro le ore 10:00 di sabato 3 agosto saranno regolarmente affidati alla logistica.
Gli ordini effettuati entro le ore 10:00 di sabato 10 agosto saranno gestiti per la spedizione regolarmente mentre, per tutti gli ordini che arrivano dopo le 10:00 del 10 agosto e fino al 18 agosto, saranno gestiti a partire dal 19 agosto secondo le priorità di spedizione acquisite in fase di ordine.
Solo Il 5 agosto e dall'11 al 18 agosto i nostri uffici non risponderanno via chat, telefonicamente e su whatsapp. Resta attivo il solo servizio via mail all'indirizzo online@pistilleria.it con risposta entro 24h.

During the summer period, we guarantee 95% of our shipments through our network of reliable logistics partners, adhering to all the delivery dates specified in our shipping plan.
📣 We inform you that we have taken all necessary actions to minimize any delivery issues that may occur during this holiday period. Therefore, we encourage you to place your orders in advance, considering that our offices, warehouse, and customer care will not be available through traditional channels on August 5th (due to local holidays) and from August 12th to 18th for the summer break.
Orders placed by 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 3rd will be regularly entrusted to logistics.
Orders placed by 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 10th will be processed for regular shipment, while all orders received after 10:00 AM on August 10th and until August 18th will be processed starting August 19th, according to the shipping priorities established at the time of ordering.
On August 5th and from August 11th to 18th, our offices will not be available via chat, phone, or WhatsApp. However, our email service at online@pistilleria.it will remain active with responses within 24 hours.
